Role Overview: WAC Programs Administration Assistant
This temporary full-time role (35 hours per week) provides high-level customer service for Swim and Recreation programs, manages participant financial records, and offers guidance to program staff including Swim School staff, Party Leaders, and Group Fitness Instructors.
- Address enquiries, bookings, and issues promptly
- Maintain accurate financial and enrolment records
- Provide supervision and guidance to program staff
- Ensure safe and high-quality program delivery
About You
We are looking for a people orientated, customer-focused individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic community environment at the Warringah Aquatic Centre.
