Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at North supports the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, and hiring managers. Acting as an ambassador for North, you will own and elevate the candidate experience while supporting internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class experiences to candidates and hiring leaders.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to create and finalize offer documents.
- Manage pre-hire processes including new hire paperwork, I-9 and background check processes.
- Schedule and prepare candidate interviews including travel and logistics coordination.
- Partner with Learning and Development and IT Support for onboarding needs.
- Monitor the shared inbox and respond to employment opportunity queries.
- Track employee referral bonuses and temporary staff details in coordination with Payroll and agencies.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Marketing on employment branding and communications.
- Assist in the coordination of university career fairs/events and conferences.
- Perform various day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations.
Candidate Requirements
You should have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR coordination is required. Candidates must be highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of upholding confidentiality and professionalism even under pressure. Proficiency with ATS systems (preferably Workday) and Google Suite is essential.

Travel Requirement
Occasional travel, approximately 2-4 times per year.
