About the Role

The Support Service Specialist I at North is responsible for merchant hardware configuration and deployment as well as tracking inventory. You will manage incoming new or replacement hardware orders, perform point-of-sale data entry tasks, and support Salesforce CRM ticket creation and routing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy merchant hardware
  • Maintain accurate inventory and database entries
  • Create and manage Salesforce CRM Support Tickets
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry and hardware swaps
  • Assist with documentation filing and inventory tracking including RMAs

Qualifications

Minimum one year of call center technical support experience is required along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills, general computer knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, GoogleSuite, and Salesforce CRM are essential.

Additional Information

This is a remote position based in the US with 20% travel. Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 depending on location and experience.
