About the Role
North Star Staffing is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator III to support hardware development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This 100% remote role partners closely with Technical Program Managers to ensure hardware is delivered on schedule, enabling critical product development milestones.
Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage logistics, procurement, and budget tracking with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect hardware allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple programs
- Manage concurrent hardware programs across teams and time zones
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Background in consumer electronics or hardware development environments
- Experience working with domestic and international vendors
- Strong proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and global time zones
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
