About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator III / Engineering Program Specialist to support hardware product development initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with Technical Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure hardware components are delivered on time and aligned with product development schedules.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Program Managers to support hardware delivery milestones
- Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial coordination
- Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate closely with Logistics teams to ensure timely shipping
- Maintain detailed program tracking documentation across multiple initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and domestic/international vendors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience supporting hardware development programs (consumer electronics preferred)
- Experience working with domestic and international vendors
- Advanced proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Experience supporting budget management and procurement processes
- Strong coordination skills across teams, time zones, and external partners
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
