North Star Staffing is seeking a Community Analyst to join their Extended Team. This is a full-time, remote position focused on architecting and scaling a high-signal digital ecosystem for builders, researchers, and operators in the AI space. This role is a growth operator position, focused on turning community engagement into measurable revenue impact, not moderation.

The Role

The Community Analyst will own and scale the Slack community, driving engagement, retention, and conversation quality. This role involves developing content and creator strategies, launching and scaling affiliate and referral systems, and turning community efforts into measurable top-of-funnel growth. You will track key metrics, run growth experiments, and collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to align narrative, positioning, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Growth & Engagement: Own and scale the Slack community, architect engagement loops, and drive repeat engagement.
• Content & Creator Strategy: Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative assets, and identify content angles for reach and conversion.
• Affiliate & Referral Engine: Launch and scale referral systems across agencies, recruiters, universities, and influencers. Run outbound partnership sprints.
• Revenue & Analytics: Turn community into measurable growth, track key metrics (engagement, CAC, conversion, partner performance), and run weekly growth experiments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and leadership, align strategy, and contribute data-backed insights.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in community-led growth.
• Experience launching or scaling affiliate/referral programs.
• Strong content intuition.
• Experience managing creators, influencers, or UGC pipelines.
• Clear and persuasive communicator.
• High ownership, low ego, fast execution mindset.
• Comfortable running multiple experiments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, AI, or STEM ecosystems.
• Deep Slack-native community building expertise.
• Track record of converting community into measurable revenue.
