Job Overview

Our client is seeking an Accountant Expert to contribute advanced accounting knowledge in a technology-driven environment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex financial and marketing data, supporting the training and refinement of AI models and shaping data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex marketing and financial data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement standardized rubrics and frameworks to guide AI model training and evaluation using accounting domain expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and best practices in technology projects.
• Provide expert guidance on accounting principles to inform AI model development and data validation.
• Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and insights clearly through written and verbal reports.
• Monitor industry standards and integrate best practices into ongoing projects.
• Support the team in refining data-driven strategies through actionable accounting insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and apply accounting principles to solve challenging problems
• Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for quantitative and qualitative evaluation
• Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably across diverse accounting environments
• Prior experience contributing to AI model development or technology-driven projects
• Advanced accounting or finance certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA)
