Estamos em busca de um Analista de Infraestrutura Júnior para compor o time de Operações de TI, atuando diretamente na sustentação de ambientes Linux, suporte técnico via ServiceNow e melhoria contínua da infraestrutura. Este profissional terá um papel essencial na garantia de disponibilidade, estabilidade, segurança e evolução dos serviços corporativos.
Responsabilidades Principais
- Sustentação de ambientes Linux, incluindo análise de logs, serviços, patches, hardening e troubleshooting.
- Suporte técnico via ServiceNow, garantindo atendimento eficiente dentro dos SLAs.
- Diagnóstico e resolução de problemas de infraestrutura.
- Administração e manutenção de middlewares como Apache, Nginx, Tomcat ou similares.
- Proposição e execução de melhorias evolutivas do ambiente.
- Aplicação de atualizações e políticas de segurança.
- Documentação técnica e participação em projetos de infraestrutura.
- Apoio em atividades de monitoramento e análise de capacidade.
Requisitos Técnicos
- Conhecimento em Linux (RedHat, CentOS).
- Noções de redes: DNS, DHCP, IP, firewall.
- Experiência com terminal Linux e análise de logs.
- Noções de middleware.
- Vivência com ServiceNow ou ITSM similar.
- Noções de segurança da informação.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento.
