Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-centric Technical Writer to join our Product organization. This role is responsible for translating complex product capabilities into clear, concise, and actionable documentation that enables customers to quickly understand, adopt, and maximize value from our suite of solutions.You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to develop high-quality user guides, training materials, and quick-start resources that support both new and existing users.
Responsibilities
Product Documentation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, feature documentation, and release-related content
- Create clear and intuitive quick start guides to accelerate onboarding and time-to-value
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly, business-oriented language
- Ensure documentation reflects the latest product capabilities and enhancements
Training & Enablement Materials
- Design and produce training materials, including step-by-step tutorials, workflows, and use-case driven content
- Partner with Customer Success and Enablement teams to support customer onboarding and adoption
- Create scalable content that supports both self-service and guided learning experiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature intent, value proposition, and user workflows
- Collaborate with Engineering to validate technical accuracy and completeness
- Align with Product Marketing on consistent messaging and positioning
Content Strategy & Governance
- Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines
- Organize and structure content for usability, discoverability, and scalability (e.g., knowledge base, help center)
- Continuously improve documentation based on user feedback, product changes, and support trends
Release Support
- Support product releases by developing or updating documentation in alignment with launch timelines
- Contribute to release notes and customer-facing communications where applicable
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within a SaaS or product driven organization
- Experience with analytics platforms, data products, or healthcare / life sciences solutions
- Proven experience creating user guides, training materials, and quick start documentation
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Familiarity with documentation, software development and usage analytics tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Pendo, Flare, Notion, JIRA, Zendesk Guide)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Preferred

- Experience creating multimedia content (e.g., walkthrough videos, interactive guides)
