The Executive Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain will support our EVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Nordstrom. This role provides comprehensive administrative support by managing complex scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, presentations, and in-office needs while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and schedule complex meetings and events
- Coordinate travel itineraries and adjust plans as needed
- Prepare presentations and documentation for team events
- Support office needs and track key initiatives
- Assist with budget management and expense reconciliation
What You Own
If you have 5+ years of administrative experience, the proven ability to anticipate executive needs, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, you own this role. Experience in retail, supply chain, or operations adds extra value.
