  • Extract relevant data from source databases to outline key trends around demand planning, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Utilize data visualization to bring data to life and tell a compelling story built around actionable insights, supporting the communication of solutions to stakeholders.
  • Evolve the data analytics and reporting function by automating time-intensive data pulls and dashboards/visualizations, while incorporating new ideas and initiatives.

  • 5+ years of experience performing relevant work, especially in reporting, analytics, big data query, data visualization, or core workforce management principles.
  • Knowledge and/or past application of forecasting evaluation, including deviation/error analysis, statistical controls, and time-series comparisons.
  • Data mining skills, including the ability to select and join disparate, complex data sets.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools ( ideally Looker and/or Workday), including the ability to develop dashboards from scratch.
  • General understanding of Human Resources systems and employee data architecture, with a preference for Workday HCM/Scheduling/Prism/Adaptive Planning.
  • Prior systems user of MS Excel (Power Query/BI), Google Cloud Platform, and Workday.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
