We are looking for team members for our reception team

We are currently seeking to strengthen our reception team with individuals for the roles of:

• SHIFT SUPERVISOR
• RECEPTIONIST

These are fixed-term summer positions, with working hours ranging from 30-90 hours per 3 weeks, as agreed, starting from May until the end of September/October.

Receptionist Role

Your responsibilities will include diverse receptionist duties at the hotel's front desk. You are a customer service professional who approaches your work with enthusiasm and values quality. We appreciate a flexible and diligent attitude towards work. Good teamwork skills and infectious energy are important to us. The happiness of our guests and colleagues is close to our heart. You work naturally within a team but are also capable of working independently. You have good stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are willing to work night shifts. The role requires fluent Finnish and English skills, as well as a hygiene and serving pass, as the lobby bar also operates at the reception. Previous experience in similar roles and with the Mews system are considered advantageous.

Shift Supervisor Role

We expect you to have experience in reception work. You are cheerful and efficient, an exemplary leader for your team, and responsible for managing the reception's routines. You have a good overview of operations and organize your shifts effectively, ensuring the well-being of our guests and your team. You have good stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are willing to work night shifts. The role requires fluent Finnish and English skills, as well as a hygiene and serving pass, as the lobby bar also operates at the reception. Previous experience in similar roles and with the Mews system are considered advantageous.
