The Role

The Solution Architect EHR Innovation & Integration is a key delivery leader of technical consulting solutions for the Digital Health EHR Innovation team. The role involves solution ideation, leading a delivery team, and collaborating with the sales team to position Nordic’s offerings to its customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as overall solution and technical subject matter expert in customer-facing roles.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and EHR architects on solution design and delivery.
  • Provide pre-sales solution generation that aligns solutions with customer needs.
  • Elicit customer requirements, vision solutions and document technical and business details.
  • Lead solution development through planning, mentoring, reviews, and client discussions.
  • Continuously enhance internal processes and support documentation.
  • Coordinate and forecast work while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Participate in continuous learning and uphold Nordic’s corporate culture.

Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess 10+ active Epic certifications, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent), and 10+ years of experience in healthcare solution delivery. Experience with various Epic applications (such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, etc.), Agile principles, API integration, and excellent communication skills are essential. Prior experience as a consultant, lead analyst, product manager, or software engineer is required.

Additional Details
