About the Role

The Senior Consultant Healthcare Project Manager at Nordic Global will guide Epic projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure successful project completion while mentoring client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues using technical expertise.
  • Mentor client project teams and document workflows, risks, and issues.
  • Lead meetings on project status and work-product coordination.
  • Fulfill contract-specific duties and represent Nordic at corporate functions as needed.

Skills And Experience

  • Epic certification required (multiple certifications preferred).
  • PMP certification is a strong plus for leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high organizational ability.
