About the Growth Engineer Role
At Nordhealth, we are committed to creating exceptional healthcare products, understanding that our people are at the core of our success. We are seeking a Growth Engineer to join our Marketing team. This position is ideal for a builder who excels at the intersection of engineering, product, and data. You will move beyond simply managing a CMS to become the technical force driving our growth, treating our digital presence as a product optimized for discovery, conversion, and seamless user expansion.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will serve as the technical lead for our marketing properties and the primary execution arm for our Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. You will thrive in an environment that encourages 'vibe coding' – utilizing modern tools and AI to accelerate development, ship experiments daily, and effectively connect our marketing site with our core product.
Your Key Responsibilities
- PLG & Experience Engineering: Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop high-impact growth surfaces. This includes implementing in-product CTAs, contextual upsell triggers, and feature discovery experiences designed to cultivate user advocacy.
- High-Velocity Experimentation: Establish and maintain the technical infrastructure for rapid experimentation. You will own the A/B testing framework and performance management systems, empowering Marketing and GTM teams to conduct experiments and gain quick insights.
- Full-Stack Marketing Ownership: Take technical leadership of our marketing websites. While WordPress is utilized where appropriate, you will ensure our tech stack remains modern, modular, and fully optimized for speed and conversion.
- Growth & Integration: Work closely with our Data Platform team to ensure the integrity of our growth stack. You will manage the data flow between web properties, product, and HubSpot, guaranteeing precise and actionable tracking.
- Technical SEO & Future-Proofing: Design our site architecture for advanced search capabilities. This involves programmatic page generation, schema implementation, and structuring content for optimal AI-driven discovery.
- Reliability & Governance: Execute quickly while maintaining stability. You will uphold version control, comprehensive documentation, and disciplined deployments, ensuring growth experiments comply with global privacy standards (GDPR) and data integrity.
What Will Help You Succeed in this Role?
Ideally, you will have gained experience in a fast-growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our key requirements include:
- A "Builder" Mentality: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Next.js) and PHP, coupled with the ability to select the most effective tools for rapid development.
- Vibe Coding & AI Literacy: A preference for modern workflows, leveraging AI and automation to enhance output without compromising code quality.
- Growth Fluency: A solid understanding of CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels, enabling you to focus on how builds contribute to overall growth.
- Data-Driven DNA: A deep grasp of the data layer, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking the user journey from landing page to product login.
- High Autonomy: The ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and take full ownership of the technical roadmap for growth.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
What’s in it for you?
