Overview

Welcome to Group Technology at Nordea. As a Recovery and Loss Expert IT Analyst, you will drive requirements and quality assurance for the new data mart solution used for automating recovery data collection and management in credit risk models.

About the Role

You will be responsible for eliciting functional and nonfunctional requirements, updating the logical data model of the data mart solution, documenting source to target mappings, performing detailed data analyses, and collaborating with an agile team to validate delivery. You will also serve as a technical mentor/SME for the technical team.

Team and Environment

You will join the High Risk Requirements and Analysis team, which focuses on automated data driven solutions for high risk customer management across all segments. The team works with tools linked to debt collection, forbearance, default management, early warnings, and recovery.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Business Analyst/Data Analyst with substantial expertise in requirements gathering, data modelling, and data analysis.
  • Skilled in SQL and functional testing documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Formal analyst certification (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience with Snowflake.

Location & Contract

This position is based in Helsinki, Finland and offers a permanent full time employment agreement with a hybrid working model.
