We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Analyst to join our SD Business Process Enablement team. This full-time role focuses on leveraging data-driven process discovery and optimization to create significant business impact.

About Our Team: SD Business Process Enablement

Our team, the SD Business Process Enablement team, is dedicated to unlocking business value through data-driven process discovery and optimization. We assist stakeholders in transforming complex operational processes into efficient, transparent workflows. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement, located in Stockholm, Sweden. Please note that a valid work permit in Sweden is required for eligibility.

Main Responsibilities of an IT Analyst

• Conduct data-driven process discovery, conformance checking, and process analysis to enhance business value.
• Implement and utilize process mining tools, performing data extraction, and designing data models and dashboards.
• Perform process and root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and support stakeholders with data-driven process enhancement.
• Guide key stakeholders in implementing selected processes and help them exploit process optimization opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating closely with process owners, data experts, and SMEs.
• Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for improving process inefficiencies.
• Implement relevant KPIs to measure process mining project goals and ensure continuous process improvement.

Your Background and Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, data transformation, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with database technologies, ETL, and programming languages like Python.
• Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
• Experience with leading process mining tools such as Celonis, IBM, or SAP Signavio.
• Relevant educational background, such as a master's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable program.
• Good communication and facilitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Holistic thinking and the ability to "connect the dots" and people.
• Curious attitude, strong drive for performance, and a quick learning ability.

Ideal Qualifications

• Business acumen supporting the ability to understand stakeholder needs and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Practical experience with a process mining journey.
• Knowledge of various databases, ERP systems, or CRM systems and their data structures.
