About the Role

The Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, will join the EMEA Outbound Marketing team on a 12-month contract, with potential for extension. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-oriented B2B marketer experienced in campaign management, sales collaboration, and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution: Drive Account-Based Marketing initiatives by planning, developing, and managing multi-channel campaigns. Collaborate with sales and partners, manage automation workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot, and track budgets and ROI.

Sales Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with sales to align on goals, facilitate weekly syncs, provide actionable insights, and act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Data, Reporting & Optimisation: Own campaign reporting and analysis, track key metrics like lead quality and ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong campaign management, lead generation, and sales collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Data-driven with focus on KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI.
