Nordberg Medical is seeking two Medical Science Liaisons to join our Spanish Team, with one position based in Madrid and the other in Barcelona. This role is crucial in fostering scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
• Participate in scientific meetings, advisory boards, and local congresses.
• Organize and deliver hands-on training sessions for HCPs.
• Prepare and deliver medical-scientific presentations for internal teams and external HCPs.
• Collect and document field insights on local clinical practice, treatment pathways, and unmet needs.
• Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts.
• Assist in clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.
• Support the development and maintenance of scientific relationships.
• Assist in organizing and delivering educational programs.
• Collect local scientific insights.
• Facilitate clinical trial activities under the guidance of the Head of Medical Affairs.

Skills and Requirements

• Master’s or PharmD/MD degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, or a related field.
• Familiarity with clinical development processes and basic understanding of trial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role.
• Effective collaboration within both medical and commercial organizations.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Experience in the aesthetics or dermatology field is highly beneficial.

This is a field-based role requiring up to 75% national travel. Travel will include international Medical Affairs meetings, team meetings, group gatherings, and attendance at national and international congresses, some of which may occur on weekends.
