About Nord Pool

Nord Pool is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Compliance Products, including REMIT transaction reporting and UMM, helping shape the future of our Power Exchange. This role is based in Espoo, Finland or Oslo, Norway.

Role Overview

You will report to the Head of Products within our Product and Strategy department. Collaborate with Product, Services, Business Development teams and the Chief Strategy Officer to deliver exceptional user experiences and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for Compliance Products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Service Owners on technical system design.
  • Manage product P&L, including budgeting, pricing, and business planning.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into product requirements.
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to ensure products meet needs.

Product Management Duties

Oversee products from concept to production including handover to service owners, maintain a three-year business plan, own the product backlog, and support business development and partnership activities.

Core Skills and Requirements

  • Understanding of energy markets with 3+ years in energy trading/exchanges.
  • Knowledge of energy regulation and familiarity with frameworks like REMIT, MIFID(2), MIFIR, EMIR.
  • Experience with regulated products and engaging with regulatory authorities.
  • Strong project management skills and international exposure.
  • Passion for innovation, learning, and a proactive approach.
