About the SEO & Google Grants Consultant Role

We are seeking a part-time SEO & Google Grants Consultant to manage our Google Grants account and enhance our SEO strategy across multiple countries. This crucial role directly influences how individuals discover Noora Health's mission, including families and caregivers seeking vital support. You will be instrumental in maximizing our $120,000 annual free advertising budget through Google Grants and ensuring potential funders, supporters, and partners can easily find us, thereby amplifying our reach and impact throughout South Asia and globally.

What You Will Do

• Google Grants Management:
  • Optimize and diligently monitor our Google Grants account on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and establish effective campaigns.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and ensure strict compliance with guidelines.
  • Strive to maximize our $10,000 monthly ad spend.
• SEO Strategy:
  • Execute quarterly SEO audits, covering technical, on-page, and off-page aspects.
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research tailored for South Asian markets.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for content optimization.
  • Guide and implement our international SEO strategy across four countries.
• Reporting & Communication:
  • Prepare and deliver insightful monthly or quarterly performance reports.
  • Actively participate in quarterly strategy review meetings.
  • Potentially offer support for YouTube channel optimization.

Success Metrics

• Consistent Google Grants spend utilization of $8,000-$10,000 per month.
• Demonstrable growth in organic search traffic.
• Achieve improved keyword rankings for our priority terms.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience successfully managing Google Grants for nonprofit organizations.
• A strong background in international or multi-country SEO.
• Direct experience working with South Asian markets.
• A self-directed individual capable of working effectively and independently.
• Must be based in Bangalore, Dhaka, or Jakarta.
