The Clinical Operations team at Noom is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our users through scalable and efficient clinical programs. We partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize clinical workflows and tools that support Noom's mission to help people live better, longer.

About The Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Clinical Implementation Specialist to lead and manage clinical implementation projects from planning through execution. This role partners closely with clinical, product, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment of clinical programs and tools. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise, project management skills, and hands-on technical experience to translate complex requirements into effective, scalable solutions and ensure seamless integration within existing workflows and systems.

You Will

  • Lead end-to-end clinical implementation projects, including planning, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical project execution, ensuring alignment across clinical, technical, and operational teams
  • Translate clinical workflows and requirements into clear implementation plans and technical specifications
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to support configuration, testing, and deployment of clinical systems and tools
  • Distill key information succinctly to foster collaboration, remove obstacles, and resolve complications
  • Identify, document, and proactively resolve implementation issues, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain clinical documentation, workflows, and implementation playbooks
  • Train and support internal teams and external partners on clinical processes and tools
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend improvements based on data, feedback, and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline future implementations through standardization and automation
  • Ensure implementations align with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards

About You

You Have

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, product operations, digital health, or clinical research
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of relevant education
  • Experience managing clinical projects and working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement complex initiatives
  • Ability to translate clinical needs into technical and operational solutions
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals, pharmacy representatives, and patients
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency, including hands-on experience working with clinical systems and digital healthcare platforms, including EMRs
  • Empathy and professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders and internal team members

Compensation Package

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others. Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package including a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs.

Location

This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York, NY, USA office.
