About The Role

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Associate Brand Marketing Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Brand Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of high-impact brand campaigns while also owning the day-to-day operations of our influencer and creator marketing program. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—ensuring seamless delivery and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

You Will

  • Support creative production by partnering with the Director of Brand Marketing to plan and execute ATL campaigns across TV, video, and digital, coordinating deliverables from brief through final delivery
  • Run influencer and creator operations end-to-end, including drafting briefs, managing timelines, reviewing content for brand alignment and compliance, and guiding deliverables through internal approvals
  • Act as a brand guardian by supporting the rollout of brand guidelines and reviewing externally facing content to ensure consistency and quality across channels
  • Drive brand intelligence by preparing Quarterly Brand Health Tracker readouts, contributing to strategic research initiatives, and synthesizing competitive insights into actionable recommendations
  • Support brand partnerships and activations by coordinating logistics, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration across creators, cultural platforms, and partner brands

About You

You Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field, ideally within a high-growth consumer brand, digital health company, or agency environment
  • Strong brand intuition with a keen eye for creative excellence and consistency across diverse customer touchpoints
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships, including briefing, content review, approvals, and relationship management
  • Comfort working with data, including brand tracking, campaign performance metrics, and research insights, with the ability to translate findings into clear narratives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work on time
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Creative, Media, and Product

Compensation Package

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000-$110,000.This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.Other elements of Noom’s Compensation PackageNoom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs, etc.

This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in one of our offices:New York, New York Princeton, New Jersey
