About the Role
As our 2nd Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical co-pilot to our Account Executives. You will support a high-velocity sales motion in our Mid-Market and Commercial segments by ensuring prospects enjoy a seamless, value-driven evaluation of the Nooks platform.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery and support trial execution.
- Own trial setup and configuration including CRM, SEP integration, dialer setup, multi-product configuration, and analytics enablement.
- Monitor trial health and performance to ensure rapid time-to-value.
- Coordinate technical integrations with various sales tools and act as a resource during customer calls.
- Assist in building the business case and support the transition to Customer Success post-sale.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues.
- Contribute to refining internal playbooks and documentation.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a customer-facing, quota-carrying B2B SaaS role.
- Experience in a Sales or Solutions Engineering role is a strong plus.
- Interest and understanding of Revenue/Sales Operations and modern sales tech stacks.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Outstanding customer management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for solving customer problems.
