Role Overview

As a Software Engineer Core Product Infrastructure at Nooks, you will build and scale integrations (SEP, CRM, Call Logging, ETL) to ensure customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer.

What You'll Work On

• Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs and CRMs
• Develop and maintain data pipelines handling billions of data points including tasks, prospects, accounts, ETL processes, retries, and rate limits
• Drive reliability and monitoring to improve uptime, latency, and minimize error rates
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver customer-impactful integrations
• Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within the Core Dialer team

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of backend experience with strong SaaS integrations work
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting
• Strong systems background with focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring
• Experience in building frameworks for integrations rather than just point-to-point connections
