The GTM Engineer Role
As our first GTM Engineer, you will act as the technical co-pilot for our Sales Development organization. This involves owning the setup, optimization, and enablement within the Nooks platform. You will be responsible for translating new product releases into scalable SDR workflows and playbooks for both our internal team and external customers.
This high-impact role focuses on driving pipeline generation efficiency and reports directly to the Head of Sales Development. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Enablement. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has thrived in a high-performing sales development environment, possesses strong technical fluency, and enjoys creative problem-solving.
You will design, build, and enable teams on how to maximize our tech stack to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve efficiency. This is a highly visible position for individuals who love building systems, enforcing operational rigor, and directly influencing revenue outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to stay informed about new features and roadmap updates, translating these insights into actionable enablement for the Sales Development team.
- Set up new features, products, and playbooks within the Nooks platform to enhance efficiency for sales teams and establish best-in-class processes for our customers.
- Utilize analytics and data to report on improved efficiencies and the impact on increased pipeline generation across the GTM function.
- Provide ongoing product feedback and ideas to our product and engineering teams, contributing to the vision and value of Nooks for our customers.
- Collaborate with sales enablement to develop new playbooks and content on optimizing all connected technology within the GTM organization.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies across processes, systems, and strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant sales development experience, specifically selling into sales leaders.
- Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS Mid-Market and Enterprise size companies.
- Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing early-stage startup environment.
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects and timelines while collaborating with cross-departmental teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for prioritizing improvements.
- Deep familiarity with systems like Nooks, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Sales Nav.
