Role Overview - IT Operations Manager

This role is for a hands-on and proactive IT Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end IT infrastructure management. You will manage device provisioning, Entra administration, user onboarding/offboarding, system access control and ensure security and compliance standards are met. You will also oversee software license management, evaluate IT solutions and ensure smooth, secure, and scalable IT operations.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations including device provisioning and MDM.
  • Administer core business tools like Office365 and company SaaS applications.
  • Lead IT support and service delivery ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols including SOC 2 and HITRUST.
  • Optimize IT processes and vendor management through cost/benefit analyses.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of IT infrastructure and operations leadership experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) and IAM tools (Entra, Ping Identity).
  • Ability to align IT strategy with business objectives and drive efficiency.
  • Proficiency in IT security standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and executives.
