This is a 100% on-site position in Berlin. The start date is as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Independent design and development of our collections – from idea to finished product.
- Development of all-over prints, repeats, and artworks.
- Creation of technical drawings and production-ready tech packs.
- Incorporate a strong sense for trends, colors, materials, and aesthetics into every collection.
- Close collaboration with production and marketing.
Product Development & Production
- Accompany prototype development and fittings.
- Track collection changes and clearly communicate production requirements.
- Organization and maintenance of material libraries, samples, fabrics, and lab dips.
- Quality control throughout all development phases.
- Support in meeting timelines, deadlines, and project workflows.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Completed degree in Fashion Design or a related field, with an understanding of pattern making and garment construction.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Residency in Berlin.
