Job Description: UX Designer Working Student at Nokia
As a UX Designer Working Student at Nokia, you will embark on a long-term paid internship, allowing you to kickstart your journey in the IT world. This role offers hands-on experience mirroring full-time positions, typically lasting from 6 to 24 months. Nokia fosters a flexible working environment, accommodating your studies and ensuring a work-life balance.
Your primary responsibilities will involve a thorough study of existing interfaces, followed by proposing and implementing enhanced visual designs and user experiences. This includes developing different visual themes tailored for various learning agents within the tool. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in creating essential graphic assets such as icons and banners in formats like PNG and JPEG, for the tool itself, its associated internal website, and related communication materials.
This is a hybrid role based in Wrocław, Poland.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Review and analyze the existing interface to identify opportunities for visual and usability improvements.
- Propose and implement a new, modern look and feel for the tool.
- Design and develop visual themes tailored to different learning agents within the application.
- Create graphic assets such as icons, banners, and visuals (PNG, JPEG) for the tool, internal website, and communication materials.
Key Skills And Experience
- Active student status (minimum one year)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience or strong interest in UX and graphic design or related areas
- Portfolio demonstrating UX and graphic design work is required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in the latest technologies of telecommunication and IT
