Position Overview
The User Experience Researcher Intern position at Nokia is a 4+ month internship starting January 5th, 2026, until April 24th, 2026. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates pursuing a Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma in Human Psychology, Human-Centred Design, Anthropology, Sociology, or related fields at an accredited school in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply social science research methodologies to UX projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research priorities.
- Conduct empirical research for identifying user behavior patterns.
- Generate insights to drive product improvements.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience working with designers, engineers, developers, and product teams.
- Applied product research and design thinking techniques.
- User-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Experience moderating qualitative research sessions.
Additional Assets
- Familiarity with user experience tools such as Figma.
- A portfolio demonstrating research methods and design thinking.
