About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist - Firewall within Nokia's CDO EICS Networks team, you will manage the lifecycle and performance of network services including firewalls, DNS, and secure connectivity for global offices and partners. Operating in a dynamic 24x7 environment, you will troubleshoot complex network issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure reliable IT network security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for incident, problem, and change management.
- Analyze and resolve production network issues with technical teams.
- Administer service requests and execute network changes for priority incidents.
- Own incident resolution processes and document root cause analysis.
- Design, deploy, and manage advanced firewall and SASE solutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and propose preventive actions.
- Mentor junior team members and guide network security practices.
- Collaborate with external service providers and OEMs for issue resolution.
