Commercial Manager at Nokia

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Manager with strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and an execution mindset. In this role, you will drive business performance, enable pricing excellence, and ensure alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

GTM Strategy & Strategic Planning: Collaborate with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams for KPI finalization; organize and lead cross-functional forums; and lead the development of GTM strategies using structured frameworks.

Customer Management: Set up and maintain Salesforce integration, align with MDG and ERP; build scalable customer processes with key stakeholders.

Financial Operations: Maintain key financial metrics and accurate reporting; create and oversee Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and convert data into actionable insights; lead executive presentations for strategic decisions.

Pricing & Commercial Models: Support pricing strategies to drive profitability; conduct market and competitor pricing analysis; and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales on deal approvals and pricing governance.

Key Skills And Experience

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field with an MBA required. Demonstrated success in financial operations, strategic planning and the ability to build Power BI dashboards and operational processes. Excellent presentation skills and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.
