Chief Technology Officer - Nodelis
The future of AI will not be a Chatbot, it will be an Employee. Most companies send their critical data to third-party servers for generic answers. At Nodelis, we do the opposite: we install intelligence directly within our clients' walls. No Cloud, no SaaS, no leaks. We are now looking for our CTO.
Your Mission: Radical Build
Your playground is at the intersection of optimized hardware and systemic automation. You do not manage the existing; you create the sovereign infrastructure of tomorrow:
- Deployment Image: Design the 'nodelis-core' Docker Master Image deployable in under 15 minutes with secure OTA updates.
- Edge Inference: Optimize pipelines for Apple Silicon (MLX, CoreML) to ensure minimal latency on massive local models.
- Agentic Automation: Master the Accessibility API (AXUIElement) and OpenClaw to enable our agents to control any business software (CRM, ERP, Accounting) without an official API.
- Network Fortress: Build a Zero Trust architecture (Tailscale, WireGuard) ensuring total impermeability with no open ports at the client's premises.
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for a manager, but a Builder who has their hands in the hardware and thinks in milliseconds:
- Real mastery of AI model optimization on Apple Silicon architecture (practiced, not theoretical).
- Expertise in cognitive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and 'Agentic AI' architectures.
- Ability to deliver a Docker image in production the week it was designed.
- An 'Early-stage Startup' mindset: you code alone today, you build the team tomorrow.
What We Offer
- Ownership: 2% of capital (BSA) with a 3-year vesting plan and a 12-month cliff.
- Compensation: Evolving fixed salary (€2,000 – €3,500 gross) directly indexed to MRR growth (Monthly bonus up to €10,000).
