Job Description

Logistics Analyst & MBPS Specialist

Noblis is hiring a Logistics Analyst & MBPS Specialist to support NSWCPD HM&E Programs. This role will facilitate the development and integration of supporting Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Documentation for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment across the US Navy. The ideal candidate will have experience in Navy Logistics, ILS Documentation, and the Navy Supply System. This position primarily supports a Navy customer and is based out of Philadelphia, PA. While this position can be worked remotely, remote employees may be required to travel to Noblis worksite locations in Philadelphia, PA, or Virginia Beach, VA, 10-15% of the time for training, customer interfacing, etc.

Noblis MSD Mission Support

Noblis MSD supports the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions. This includes enabling research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, and in-service and fleet engineering, with a focus on cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.

Additional Duties

  • Provide Life Cycle Logistics and ILS support for all Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment installed across the US Navy.
  • Provide direct support to the assigned Government Logistics Program Manager.
  • Develop and submit Configuration Change Notices.
  • Update and develop ILS Certifications.
  • Assist in the integration of the supporting ILS Documentation for all HM&E Systems and Equipment.
  • Provide monthly ILS status and metrics reports, assist in the facilitation of meetings and program reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of logistics experience. Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a High School diploma with 9 years of experience will be considered.
  • MBPS CTDM Course Completion Certificate.
  • ILS certification experience.
  • US citizenship with an active Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with CDMD-OA, MBPS, NDE, DECKPLATE, and other logistics DoD databases.
  • Navy HM&E background.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, certifications, experience, skills, location, and clearance level. The projected compensation range for this position is $59,200.00 - $92,575.00 annually.
