About the Environmental R&D Analyst Role
The mission of the DoD Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is to demonstrate innovative, cost-effective solutions to meet environmental and installation energy challenges. Noblis supports these programs by providing technical and programmatic support through the Resource Conservation and Resilience (RC) program area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor financial and technical progress of research and demonstration projects.
- Manage a portfolio of over 150 active projects in resource conservation.
- Support proposal selections with online and in-person technical reviews.
- Plan and participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Develop technology transfer and outreach materials including blogs and presentations.
- Conduct research, literature reviews, and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators for consistent project performance.
- Provide logistical and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Science, Sustainability or similar; 0-2 years related experience; U.S. citizenship.
Desired: Advanced degree, DoD or military experience, interest in project management, and candidates located in the DMV area.
