About the Role
As a Logistics Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring full adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements by developing and monitoring compliance programs, identifying and mitigating risks, conducting reviews, and providing expert guidance on legal and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of the organization. The position can be based in our Barcelona office (Torre Auditori).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance risk assessment and develop compliance management strategies.
- Develop and enforce internal compliance policies, procedures, and control systems aligned with applicable laws, industry regulations and AD Ports Compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance policies are integrated into operational and processes and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and Risk Assessments to identify hidden risks, non-compliance areas and recommend corrective actions.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Investigate suspected violations or breaches, document findings, and support the implementation of remediation plans.
- Report to regulatory authorities, senior management and relevant committees.
- Advise internal departments, senior management and employees on sanctions, AML, ABAC and other compliance -related matters.
- Support business units in fulfilling their customer’s or other stakeholders compliance-related requirements.
- Build and deploy awareness campaigns and training programs on legal and compliance issues.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and challenges affecting the Cluster.

Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, and/or the experience indicated below.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in logistics or international trade sectors (preferred).
- Compliance certification (preferred).
- Computer Skills: Advanced level.
- Languages: English (Advanced).
