About The Team

Our Clinical Sales Team is dynamic and collaborative, committed to innovating robotic surgery to improve patient outcomes and procedural efficiency. We work closely with engineering, marketing, and product management to align our solutions with market needs.

Job Responsibilities: Clinical Sales Manager - Northeast

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships in the Northeast region.
  • Develop and execute clinical sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide clinical education and training on our robotic lung navigation system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and product teams.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the clinical sales team while tracking performance metrics.

About You

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years of sales and people management experience (medical device preferred), and comfort selling in a clinical environment. Excellent communication, strong organization, and CRM proficiency are essential, along with a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in supporting physicians with technical products, familiarity with pulmonary, thoracic, radiology and endoscopy procedures, and early commercial or startup experience are highly valued.
