What you will do

Your mission as an AI LLM Engineer is to automate and streamline processes while enhancing the user experience through solutions powered by LLMs and GenAI.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Design and Development: Write Python code on a Cloud platform infrastructure.
  • Integration: Connect solutions with various platforms and systems.
  • Training: Use training data to improve AI and LLM outputs.
  • Testing: Continuously test performance and resolve bugs.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor interactions, gather feedback and iterate improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in machine learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
  • Experience with OCR methods.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks.
  • Proficient in Python, Azure, and Open AI.
  • Product-centric approach with strong task ownership.
  • Clear communication in English with non-technical stakeholders.
