Description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team at NMI. This critical role bridges the gap between Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers successfully integrate and adopt NMI’s solutions.
What You’ll Do
Customer Qualification & Solution Scoping: Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Channel Account Managers to assess customer requirements, recommend tailored solutions, identify opportunities, and propose technical solutions.
Solution Documentation & Onboarding Support: Document customer use cases, solution designs, and onboarding plans, while ensuring communications among Sales, Partner Launch Managers, and Customer Account Managers. Identify training needs and provide architectural diagrams and configuration recommendations.
Demonstrations & Training: Deliver tailored demonstrations and bespoke training content aligned with customer needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Support Sales in RFP responses by coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Security teams, and relay product feedback and enhancement requests.
Sales Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Stay current on product updates and maintain close contact with acquiring partners to support technical enablement. Represent NMI at industry events and network with partners and prospects.
What You Bring
3–5 years’ experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management, ideally in FinTech or SaaS. Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, hands-on experience with solution design documents, and excellent communication and documentation skills are required. Experience presenting and demonstrating solutions to varied audiences is a plus.

Compensation
Salary Range: $65,000—$85,000 USD, depending on experience.
