Senior Product Designer

Overview

Join NMI as a Senior Product Designer to shape engaging experiences across complex payments products and features. This role leads end-to-end design for technical B2B workflows, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn user insights into scalable design solutions.

What You’ll Do

Create journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with business goals.

• Conduct user research and validate design decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Benchmark and improve against competitor designs.

What You Bring

At least 4 years of B2B digital product design experience with a strong portfolio. Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills are required. You should be proficient in Figma, have experience with design systems, and possess a strong exploratory and iterative design approach. Enthusiasm for adopting new AI design tools is a plus.

Nice To Have

Background in fintech, SaaS, or payments; experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) design; expertise in unifying multiple products under one cohesive design system; familiarity with developer-facing products; experience with user research and service design.
