Overview
As a Talent & Development Specialist at NLR - Netherlands Aerospace Centre, you will make a daily difference in an organization that values engagement, development, and inclusion. You will inspire management to employ talent management as a strategic key to success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the talent strategy with innovative HR processes.
- Advise on strategic talent development and foster management commitment.
- Design, implement, and improve learning interventions, programs, and talent management systems.
- Analyze HR and talent data to drive actionable insights.
- Support collaboration between HR and leadership to build a knowledge-sharing culture.
Requirements
- HBO/WO degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or similar.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in talent management.
- Proven success in designing and implementing talent processes, reviews and succession planning.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of Strategic Personnel Planning (SPP) is a plus.
