We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Academic Counsellor, Cloud & DevOps Programs who can connect with aspiring IT professionals and guide them toward the right career path in Cloud & DevOps.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact counselling role focused on quality conversations, not mass calling. You will handle 10–20 pre-qualified calls per day with professionals who have already shown interest in our programs. Your goal is to:
- Understand their career background
- Identify their skill gaps
- Clearly explain how our program helps
- Confidently handle objections
- Guide them toward enrollment
This role requires warmth, clarity, and strong persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 10–20 meaningful counselling calls daily
- Engage with working professionals and career switchers
- Explain Cloud & DevOps career paths in simple language
- Match the right program to the right candidate
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain CRM updates and daily reporting
- Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollments
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, positive, and confident personality
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Natural persuasion and objection-handling ability
- Ability to build trust quickly over calls
- Self-disciplined and target-driven
- Prior experience in EdTech sales / counselling is a plus
- Basic understanding of IT / Cloud / DevOps (training will be provided)
