Operational Buyer - Electronics
NIVELCO Process Control Co., a globally recognized technical company based in Budapest, Hungary, is seeking an Operational Buyer for its electronics division. We specialize in developing and manufacturing industrial level measurement and control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the daily procurement of electronic components and raw materials in the ERP system and logging program.
- Maintain contact with existing domestic and international suppliers.
- Request price offers, prepare and send out orders, and record confirmations.
- Track delivery deadlines and manage any delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to ensure smooth production.
- Coordinate related freight and customs procedures.
- Handle complaints with suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and strategic procurement teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Middle or higher-level economic education.
- Procurement experience, preferably in an electronics environment.
- Precise, systems-thinking, and reliable.
