Job Summary
The Sr IT Risk Analyst is part of the Information Security team at Nintendo of America, contributing to enterprise-wide IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) management and information security programs. The role focuses on assessing IT risks, developing mitigation strategies, and supporting internal and external compliance requirements.
Description Of Duties
- Develop and mature NOA’s enterprise Data Security Program aligning with policies like NIST CSF, PCI DSS.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to define mitigation strategies for data security risks.
- Evaluate plans to increase information security and reduce risks to business-critical assets.
- Assess IT risks and develop metrics, methodologies, and reporting structures.
- Consult on design and execution of Information Security Programs and risk management.
- Identify security threats, assess vendor risks, and recommend remedial actions.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations (JSOX, PCI DSS, global data protection).
Summary Of Requirements
- Minimum seven years experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or related field.
- Experience in governance, vendor management, risk assessments, and information security controls.
- Working knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry standards.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project delivery skills.
- Understanding of security controls in various IT environments, with video game industry exposure preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Additional Information
This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Regular onsite work is required as per division guidelines, and it is not open to fully remote status.
The role includes a base pay range of $117,400—$211,300 USD, with potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
