Team Summary
This bilingual Japanese role within the Publisher & Developer Relations (PDR) department handles inquiries from Nintendo Co., Ltd. (NCL) in Japan, publishers, and other departments, including managing royalty payments, account issues, and coordinating video conferences in Japanese.
Description Of Duties
- Administer and improve multiple 3rd party business tools for Publisher Account Management.
- Manage new publisher onboarding and ensure accounts are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams and NCL for payee accounts and monthly payments.
- Handle inquiries via email and Jira/Confluence, and attend regular meetings.
- Analyze and resolve publisher account issues and support process improvements.
- Translate and interpret communications between NCL, NOA, and publishers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Summary Of Requirements
- Minimum two years related experience and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in business administration concepts.
- Excellent bilingual English/Japanese communication skills (Level 1 JPLT or equivalent).
- Experience in program/account management and familiarity with tax, accounts payable, and contract agreements.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Compensation & Work Arrangement
This hybrid role in Redmond, WA includes an hourly base pay range of $28.94 - $46.30, potential semi-annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
