Role Overview - Senior Product Designer
The Senior Product Designer will have a pivotal role working on our low-code SaaS product. Your contributions will directly impact the daily operations of thousands of customers. You will incorporate AI elements and craft user interfaces that simplify complex software, making it accessible for business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design impactful changes to improve user experience.
- Drive conceptualization and visualization of new user interfaces within a cross-functional Agile team.
- Deliver small, incremental value quickly through collaborative efforts.
- Integrate AI knowledge into design workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to translate user stories into intuitive user flows.
Requirements
- Proven product design experience using Figma with a focus on delivery.
- Experience in usability-focused user research.
- Ability to share work early and incorporate feedback.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to convert sketches into user flows.
- Willingness to learn a complex database product.
- Basic technical understanding of front-end, desktop technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- 5+ years of experience in product design (or explain growth if less).
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Understanding of the low-code market.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to respond to feedback swiftly.
