About the Role

The Technical Delivery Manager at Nimble is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of projects involving data pipelines, integrations, platform deployments, and solving customer problems. This role ensures smooth execution, cross-team coordination, and meets both customer and business needs while managing a team of 4 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and DataOps.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Lead the DataOps team in developing and maintaining data collection pipelines.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle ensuring SLAs and requirements are met.
  • Develop and optimize repeatable implementation methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Technical Delivery Management or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong SQL and data product experience.
  • Background in software development, data engineering, or data analysis.
  • Experience with web structures, APIs, scraping tools, and data analysis tools.
  • Proven project management and decision-making skills.
  • Exposure to enterprise clients and technical integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
