Overview

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of data pipelines, integrations, and platform deployments. This role involves solving customer problems, ensuring smooth project execution, and managing a team of 4 employees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-team efforts between Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and DataOps.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Lead the DataOps team in developing and supporting data collection pipelines.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle to meet customer requirements and SLAs.
  • Develop and optimize a repeatable implementation methodology.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in Technical Delivery Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data products.
  • Background in Data Engineering or software development.
  • Experience with web structures, APIs, and data scraping tools.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
