We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer
If you live and breathe ROAS, CPL & conversions - this one’s for you. At DiigitalNil Marketing Agency LLP, we’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who doesn’t just run ads… but drives real results.
Role: Performance Marketer
Type: Remote Experience: Minimum 3 Years
What you’ll be doing:
- Running high-performance campaigns on Facebook & Google Ads
- Scaling campaigns with strong ROAS focus
- Handling tracking (Pixel, GA4) & conversion optimization
- Testing creatives, audiences & funnels
- Delivering insights, not just reports
Bonus if you’ve worked on:
- Lead generation funnels & landing page CRO
- WhatsApp / Meta workflows
- E-commerce or local business campaigns
