Overview
As a Lead Designer Footwear Product Design Global Jordan at Nike, you will work with a large project team across multiple disciplines including engineering, product management, marketing, merchandising, testing, product development, costing, and more. You will be expected to mentor other designers, and work under the direction of the FBAT + Golf Product Design Director, presenting your design concepts to various internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative problem solver with a passion for footwear design, team leadership, and a drive to meet the high standards of athlete performance.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience or training).
- 5-7 years’ experience in innovative footwear and product design.
- Experience in footwear design, with a preference for Lifestyle and Cleated/Golf footwear.
- Strong technical skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, 2D technical drawings, and preferably 3D design programs.
- Excellent sketching, illustration, and rendering skills alongside strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Generate a broad range of design concepts and solutions.
- Present design concepts to internal and external audiences.
- Engage in research, problem-solving, and creative design around style, performance, and cost.
Additional Information
